Eating and DrinkingEating in Xi'an: It is really good. Yang Rou Pao Muo is maybe the main dishes of the area (piece of bread and a kettle of lamp soup). Tong Sheng Xiang Restaurant is recommended. The Muslim QUarter is situated close to the Drum tower. Usually, you can find several good restaurants. You can also visit the street food (usually sold after sunset, or some near night bars/clubs, from 11pm) presents a variety of regional and local dishes, ranging from hot pot, noodle soups and so on. Some dishes in Xi'an: Guan Tang Baozi: steamed buns served with sauces inside. Rou Jia Mo: finely chopped pork stuffed in toasted wheat flour flat bread. Yi long bao-zi: basket-steamed dumplings (one basket „3), common as a midnight snack. Drinking in Xi'an: Night clubs in Xian are not abundant since the hip-hop culture is not famous in the town. Usually, all clubs play the same music, some pop music or a mix of Chinese disco, but it might change slowly in future. Several people go out between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m., but clubs are generally open until 4 a.m. Nightlife in Xi'an: Some main bars, clubs, theatres and others.
